# Privacy Policy — Rebar Fitness Tracker

**The short version: Rebar collects nothing. All your data stays on your iPhone.**
## Who we are
Rebar Fitness Tracker (“Rebar”) is developed by Foresttree Marketing Solutions,
the Netherlands. Contact: info@foresttree.nl
## What we collect
Nothing. Rebar has no user accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising
and no trackers. We do not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal data —
not even anonymously.
## Where your data lives
Everything you put into Rebar — your profile, training plans, workouts, sets,
personal records and body measurements — is stored only in the app’s local
database on your device. It is included in your own device backups (iCloud or
computer backups managed by Apple), which we have no access to. If you delete
the app, all app data on the device is deleted with it. The in-app backup
export creates a file that you manage yourself.
## Apple Health (HealthKit)
With your permission, Rebar saves completed workouts to Apple Health and reads
your heart rate to display it live during training. This data stays in Apple
Health on your device, under your control, and is governed by Apple’s privacy
protections. Rebar never transmits Health data anywhere, and we never use
Health data for marketing or share it with third parties.
## On-device AI
AI-generated workout sessions are created with Apple Intelligence, directly on
your device. Your profile and training data are never sent to any server for
this purpose.
## Apple Watch
During a workout, your iPhone and Apple Watch exchange the workout status
directly with each other over the local device connection — not over the
internet.
## Internet use
Rebar only uses your internet connection to load exercise images. These
requests contain no personal data. Some screens contain links that open
YouTube in your browser; from that moment YouTube’s own privacy policy
applies.
## Your rights (GDPR)
Because we do not process any personal data, there is nothing we could hand
over, correct or erase: your data exists only on your own device, where you
can view, export or delete it at any time.
## Children
Rebar does not collect data from anyone, including children.
## Changes
If a future version of Rebar ever changes how data is handled (for example,
optional iCloud sync), we will update this policy and the in-app privacy
screen before that version is released.

Rebar Fitness Tracker (“Rebar”) wordt ontwikkeld door Foresttree Marketing

## Wat we verzamelen
Niets. Rebar heeft geen accounts, geen servers, geen analytics, geen
advertenties en geen trackers. We verzamelen, bewaren, versturen of verkopen
geen enkel persoonsgegeven — ook niet anoniem.
## Waar je gegevens staan
Alles wat je in Rebar zet — je profiel, trainingsplannen, workouts, sets,
records en lichaamsmetingen — staat uitsluitend in de lokale database van de
app op je toestel. Het valt onder je eigen toestel-back-ups (iCloud of
computer, beheerd door Apple), waar wij geen toegang toe hebben. Verwijder je
de app, dan worden alle app-gegevens op het toestel mee verwijderd. De
back-upexport in de app maakt een bestand dat je zelf beheert.
## Apple Gezondheid (HealthKit)
Met jouw toestemming bewaart Rebar voltooide workouts in Apple Gezondheid en
leest het je hartslag om die live te tonen tijdens het trainen. Deze gegevens
blijven in Apple Gezondheid op je toestel, onder jouw beheer, en vallen onder
de privacybescherming van Apple. Rebar verstuurt Gezondheidsgegevens nergens
naartoe en gebruikt ze nooit voor marketing of derden.
## AI op je toestel
AI-trainingssessies worden gemaakt met Apple Intelligence, rechtstreeks op je
toestel. Je profiel en trainingsgegevens worden hiervoor nooit naar een server
gestuurd.
## Apple Watch
Tijdens een workout wisselen je iPhone en Apple Watch de workoutstatus
rechtstreeks met elkaar uit via de lokale verbinding — niet via internet.
## Internetgebruik
Rebar gebruikt je internetverbinding alleen om oefening-afbeeldingen te laden.
Die verzoeken bevatten geen persoonsgegevens. Sommige schermen bevatten links
die YouTube in je browser openen; vanaf dat moment geldt het privacybeleid van
YouTube.
## Je rechten (AVG)
Omdat wij geen persoonsgegevens verwerken, is er niets dat wij zouden kunnen
overdragen, corrigeren of wissen: je gegevens bestaan alleen op je eigen
toestel, waar je ze altijd kunt inzien, exporteren of verwijderen.
## Kinderen
Rebar verzamelt van niemand gegevens, ook niet van kinderen.
## Wijzigingen
Als een toekomstige versie van Rebar anders met gegevens omgaat (bijvoorbeeld
optionele iCloud-synchronisatie), werken we dit beleid en het privacyscherm in
de app bij vóórdat die versie verschijnt.
