Everything you put into Rebar — your profile, training plans, workouts, sets, personal records and body metrics — is stored only on your iPhone. Rebar has no servers, no accounts and no login.

Rebar contains no analytics, no advertising and no trackers. We collect nothing about you. Not anonymously either.

With your permission, Rebar saves completed workouts to Apple Health and shows your live heart rate during training. This data stays in Apple Health, under your control. Rebar never sends it anywhere.

AI-generated sessions are created with Apple Intelligence, directly on your iPhone. Your profile and training data are never sent to a server for this.

During a workout, your iPhone and Apple Watch exchange the workout status directly with each other — not over the internet.

Rebar only uses your internet connection to load exercise images and optional YouTube videos. Those requests contain no personal data.

The backup export creates a file that you manage yourself. If you delete Rebar, all app data on this device is deleted with it.
